Have you heard of Pinterest? The simplest way to describe Pinterest is to compare it to a cork board – each time you see something online you like, you can “pin” it to your online board. It’s great for images, blog posts and articles that you don’t want to forget about. You can have more than one Pinterest board and organize them by category – Recipes I Want To Try, Kids Crafts and My Dream Home are all names of boards you may find (or have) on Pinterest.
Not surprisingly, Pinterest has turned into the latest and hottest social media platform. People seriously love it, and it’s great for everyone. Businesses use it as a way to reach customers, bloggers use it as a way to promote their own posts and each other, and regular people use it just to keep track of stuff they like to look at or read.
Oh, and it’s a huge time suck – you can very easily get lost in Pinterest for hours.
