One good thing about back-to-school is that clothing is on sale everywhere. And of course the only thing better than clothing on sale is clothing for free! Green Acres Mall has just announced their Fall Wardrobe Contest where 10 winners will each receive a free session with a fashion stylist to get fashion tips and advice for a new Fall wardrobe, plus a $200 Green Acres Mall gift card to help pay for the new looks!
Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom heading back to work, a recent college grad gearing up for job interviews or someone who has recently lost weight and ready for a new look, a new wardrobe is always huge bonus.
How the contest works
In a 400-600 word essay, simply tell Green Acres Mall why you should win a Fall wardrobe session with a personal stylist and a $200 Green Acres Mall gift card. Entries will be judged by a committee based on originality, creativity and best expressed need for fashion assistance. Email your entry, along with your name, mailing address, home and cell phone numbers, birth date and email address to info@greenacresmallonline.com, with the subject line Fall Wardrobe Stylist Session Essay Contest and you will automatically be entered to win. If you prefer snail mail, type up your entry and send it to Green Acres Mall Fall Wardrobe Stylist Session Essay Contest, 2034 Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream, New York 11581, or drop them off at the Green Acres Mall Customer Service Desk.
Entry period
The contest begins at 12:01 AM EST on August 6, 2012 and ends at 9:30 PM EST on September 10, 2012. All mailed in entries must be postmarked by September 10, 2012 and received by September 17, 2012. Limit one entry per person.
Contest winners
The 10 highest scoring entries will win and entrants will be contacted by phone to set up their fashion stylist session at Green Acres Mall. Appointments with the fashion stylist will be available on October 4 – 7 and October 11 – 14, 2012, at either 10 AM – 1:30 PM or 2:30 – 6:00 PM. Winners who are unable to schedule a session during the designated times and dates will automatically forfeit their prize.

Participation is open only to legal residents of New York who are at least 18 years old.
