We've Launched Our New Look!

Welcome to the brand new, updated-for-2012 version of LIParentSource.com!

A site that started out very yellow back in 2006 got a face lift in 2007 and became very orange. A full makeover in 2010 brought some more color in, but nothing like what we’ve launched today! LIParentSource has evolved once again!

For me, the best part of LIParentSource.com has always been the writing. Back when we started, the website was accompanied by a monthly newsletter. I realized that I had too much to share (and too much to say) and that newsletter turned into a weekly update. The newsletter was where I was able to share all of the information that I had learned about – fun events, places to go, things to buy – and subscribers had nothing but the best things to say. With the rise of social media and parents looking at so many different ways to get information, LIParentSource launched a Facebook page, Twitter, and a few months back, a number of Pinterest boards.

But what do they say about things that stay the same? Yeah, they are BORING. And LIParentSource is really anything but.

So with many thanks to Gina at Concept 5 (who is an amazing webmaster), I’m officially launching the new bloggy look of LIParentSource.com. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be making minor tweaks, but you’ll still be able to get all of our great information.
