Tickets On Sale for LICM’s 12th Annual Ghostly Gala

FallMomwithGirlTickets have gone on sale for Long Island Children Museum (LICM) 12th Annual Ghostly Gala. Celebrate Halloween with your kids in a fun, safe and spooky (but not scary) way on Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 6 to 9pm at the museum (11 Davis Avenue, Garden City). Enjoy a costume party (for both adults and kids!), decorate your own goody bag, Halloween crafts, face painting, live animals and trick or treating in the museum (with creepy music playing to celebrate the Halloween spirit).

The Puppet Company will also provide a ghostly variety show. Host Al E. Gator will present a puppet performance with his friends, including gnomes that do acrobatics on a see-saw, a roller skater, puppet choir, skeleton dancing and more ghostly fun. You won’t be scared but rather will be laughing through this Halloween spectacular. Showtimes are 615, 7, 745 and 815pm.

Admission is $9 per person ($7 for LICM members). An additional $4 fee ($3 for LICM members) will be added for the optional show by The Puppet Company.

Tickets are required for attendance and there are a limited number of tickets that can be sold for this event, so be sure to get yours now so you don’t get sold out. Advanced ticket sales began on October 1 and will continue until the event is sold out. Tickets can be purchased at the LICM box office or by calling  516.224.5802.
