A new networking group for Long Island businesses, We Connect You – Taking Care of Business, is launching this month. Their mission is to support local businesses and make the connections necessary to have maximum growth for all involved. They aim to accomplish this by bringing together members who will be resources for others and who will be supportive of everyone’s endeavors. The main philosophy is that the best way to be successful is to help others achieve their success and will encourage, support and build strong relationships between all participants.
The first meeting of We Connect You will be held on January 11, 2012 from 645 to 9pm at The Wander Inn, 2880 Grand Avenue, Baldwin. This is a free introductory meeting – a meeting fee of $15 for members and $25 for non-members will be collected at later meetings. Regular meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month and door prizes and raffles will be available to benefit local charities.
