Presented by Plaza Theatrical Productions, will be at Long Island Children’s Museum on Saturday. If you haven’t seen this show with your kids, definitely see it. I took my daughter about two years ago to see Pinkalicious at the Vital Theater in NYC – our travel time was about an hour and a half each way, and the show was about an hour – so if you are able to see it locally, grab the chance! Tickets are $12 ($10 for LICM members) and you need to buy them in advance.
If it rains on Saturday morning, Lakeshore Learning Center’s free craft for kids is the perfect activity to keep the little ones busy. Visit the store in New Hyde Park between 11am and 3pm and let your children’s creativity bloom as they turn colorful craft materials into a lush Garden Collage that’s crawling with critters!
Peter Pan fans shouldn’t miss the chance to see this audience participation play, based on the adventures of Peter Pan, Wendy. John and Tinkerbell at the Vanderbilt Estate Carriage House Theater in Centerport. Tickets are $10/adult, $8/children and kids under 3 are free and the show will be performed this weekend both Saturday and Sunday at 1pm.
Have you been to Once Upon A Treetop‘s Little City? Kids have the opportunity to explore through interactive play and climb through the giant tree house play unit and they have a great time. Admission costs $12/walker, $6/crawler – Adults & infants are free and Open Play is Sunday from 2 – 5pm.
